Fully Enclosed Safety System
The HBS-GQ-20A1 features a complete safety enclosure designed to comply with laser safety regulations. An integrated safety interlock automatically shuts off the laser if:
- The door is opened during operation
- The emergency stop button is pressed
This helps protect operators while maintaining a safe working environment.
Intelligent Status Indicator
The integrated warning light provides instant machine status:
- Green: Ready for operation or marking complete
- Yellow/Orange: Laser is actively marking
- Red: Safety condition detected, such as the enclosure being opened during operation, accompanied by an audible alarm
Anti-Laser Viewing Window
The front access door is fitted with anti-laser safety glass, allowing operators to safely observe the marking process.
Removable Safety Enclosure
The enclosure can be removed when marking oversized workpieces, providing added flexibility for larger applications.
Integrated Industrial Touchscreen Computer
The built-in industrial computer combines the display and controller into a single touchscreen unit. The system can also be operated using an external mouse and keyboard.
