Bridgeport Saddle Knee Gib
Restore proper knee alignment and reduce unwanted movement with this saddle knee gib for American-made Bridgeport milling machines.
Designed to replace OEM #2060124, this replacement gib is intentionally manufactured approximately .030″ thicker and 1-1/2″ longer than the original to allow for precision fitting during machine rebuilding. Since every machine wears differently, final fitting and adjustment are required.
The gib features a precision-ground bearing surface and comes notched, although an additional notch may need to be cut depending on your machine’s wear and installation requirements.

Important Installation Information
This gib is intentionally oversized so it can be custom fit to your machine. Scraping, filing, machining, or cutting a new notch may be required, which is common because each Bridgeport mill wears differently over time.
This part is intended primarily for machine rebuilders, but it is also suitable for experienced machinists who are comfortable fitting precision machine components.
