Bridgeport Mill Quill Lock Bolt Assembly – Complete Assembly
Replace your worn or damaged quill lock assembly with this complete American-made replacement for American-made Bridgeport milling machines. This updated design replaces the entire quill lock mechanism and includes the handle, locking bolt, tapped sleeve, and untapped sleeve for a complete installation.
Located on the front lower right side of the milling head, this assembly features an improved locking stud design that allows the handle to be indexed every 45 degrees, eliminating the need to use washers to achieve the desired handle position.

Installation Notes
- Install the assembly without the handle attached.
- Align the timing mark on the bolt with the threaded handle hole.
- Remove and rotate the locking stud as needed until the desired handle position is achieved.
- The original sleeve is pushed out from the back of the machine during replacement.
